We love a good tasty treat, but make it limited sugar and full of protein, right?!
Number one cookie most requested was a no bake, so have at it!

We use honey, but you can also use maple syrup or aqave sryup. Maybe you're not a coconut sugar fan, use brown sugar or monk sugar. try different nut butters for your preference!

Ingredients:
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup nut butter
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 Tbl coconut sugar
1/4 cup chocolate chip (white or milk)
1/2 cup honey
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup rice Krispy cereal
Directions:
mix nut butter and honey together in a mixing bowl
add oats, sugar, coconut flakes, protein powder and cinnamon to wet mixture
gently mix in rice krispy cereal and chocolate chips until combined
adjust for more honey if needed.
if batter is too sticky, add additional protein powder or flour to mixture.
roll batter into small 1/2in balls and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
once frozen, transfer to airtight container in fridge or freezer for tasty eating!
