  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3.5 oz instant vanilla pudding mix (or ¾ cup flour)
  • 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1: Brownie Layer

  • Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 sec. to 1 min.
  • Mix in cocoa powder and salt, then stir in sugars until fully combined.
  • Whisk in eggs, oil, and vanilla extract, then stir in flour.
  • Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan and
  • bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Slightly underbake for a gooey texture.
  • Cool and cut your brownies into 1 inch squares, trim the edges, then place them in the freezer for an hour, or until your cookie dough is created.

 

 

Step 2: Cookie Layer

  • Cream together sugars and butter until fluffy, then mix in vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and yolks, then add to the creamed mixture.
  • Mix dry ingredients (baking powder, soda, cornstarch, flour, pudding mix) and fold into the wet mixture.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Form 2.5oz dough balls, if you have the time, refrigerate dough for 2-24 hours.
  • Bring back to room temperature to create a deep creator with your finger, and place your brownie square into your dough.
  • Wrap your cookie dough around the brownie tightly.

  • bake at 375°F for 9-10 minutes.
