This squat session did not go how I “thought” I ended up missing the other two attempts.
.
I can usually squat my other two attempts at any day in the gym, so I can only chalk it up to, it wasn’t my day, but a lot of learning happened!

Weigh-ins are complete!
We started our day getting equipment checked to make sure it met standards, socks, singlet, wraps, belt, etc.
then you step on the scale to qualify you for the weight bracket you said you’d compete in.
All week I have been watching what I ate, water cutting, in order to make the 56kg/123.4lb group.
It happened!!
Next up meant refueling and rest! Brazilian steakhouse which is all you can eat meat.

This competition is nothing like I’ve ever experienced before, pretty incredible to see other lifters from around the world come to compete and challenge their strength. Hungary, Greece, Italy, Russia, turkey, Canada, etc!
