I’ve been there. When I first started lifting, I was unsure, nervous, and had no idea where to begin.

it takes a lot of guts to get started!! Good job!!
.
Choose a body part to focus on and do about 4 exercises for that area.
Watch others.
Make a plan and write it down before beginning.
Go with a friend to shadow.
Ask the front desk at the gym.
.
Then go back and do it again the next day.
